More on Materials

Prices are complex things in our line — on the one hand we discount for more time on the machine, on the other we often have to work to convert files or develop a client's ideas. Then there are materials, setup and handling, all of which we recognise as being as important to your work as the lasering process itself.

Put really simply — you can drop us a line, outlining what you want (please include your designs, material specification & any quantities), and we'll get back to you with a quotation or some questions.

We have a minimum job charge of £25.

Machine time

Machine costs start at £1 per minute for cutting and engraving for smaller jobs, with a sliding scale thereafter, based upon the size of your project.

As an example, an hour's worth of machine time would cost £45.

Day and week rates available.

Design & labour

Basic meddling is free, but there's a £12.50 for complex conversions & artworking.

£12.50 per hour for manual detailing or preparation (eg. staining or painting).

Up to £25 per hour for iterative graphic design development.

We use Royal Mail for smaller packages and UPS for larger ones to the United Kingdom (and International) on a signed-for service, with no mark-up.

If you're able, you're more than welcome to pop in and pick your pieces up too!
